My typical website development process spans 4-8 weeks, however I can work within your time requirements. Things that can expedite the process include getting images from you up front, receiving feedback quickly, and having a clear vision on how you want your website to look. I will send over mockups in the early stages until we agree upon a design, and then I’ll get it built. I have a problem with bloated websites that load slowly and don’t work properly. I’ll make sure that never happens to you. Don’t hire a web designer unless they provide clean HTML code and ultimately have a plan for increasing conversions, phone calls, and customer inquiries.

The cost of your website project depends on desired visual style, size of the website, technical complexity, etc. I can work with any size budget.
Will I be able to update my site after it's finished?
Yes, most of the websites I build are on WordPress. It gives you a dashboard where you can update pages, add blog posts, create users, and so on. It is a comprehensive platform with a lot of documentation.
If you want your website in custom HTML and CSS code, then it will be tougher for you to update it yourself. I can provide a maintenance package in that case.
